Returns and Refund Policy

 

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, please note we require this in writing within 7 working days of your receipt of goods. A full refund will be given (excluding buyer's return postage), within 30 days of agreeing the return and the goods have been received by us, undamaged and unused in the original packaging.

 

Please note, due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned and therefore not be refunded.

 

If for some unfortunate reason, you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, a full refund will be issued once the item has been received by us, unless it is shown to be damaged by improper use by the customer.
